Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts as part of monthly close activities
• Assist with accounts payable functions and vendor payments
• Handle customer invoicing and ensure accurate accounts receivable records
• Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate documentation and approvals
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and submit sales tax, property tax, and other regulatory filings
• Review and reconcile employee expense reports
• Safeguard confidential financial and employee information
• Identify, investigate, and resolve accounting variances
• Partner with internal and external auditors during audit cycles
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and financial compliance requirements
• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll using ADP
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Compile financial reports and summaries for leadership review

• 3+ years of experience in an accounting or similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices
• Hands‑on experience with general ledger, AR, AP, fixed assets, and payroll
• Proficiency with accounting systems and ADP payroll software
• Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
