Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role Pro Resources Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk I to join a local company’s accounting team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity supporting their Controller with accounts payable and general accounting functions. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, prior A/P experience, and is comfortable working in a professional office environment.

• Process, match, code, audit, and voucher A/P invoices
• Reconcile checks with vouchered invoices and maintain vendor files
• Audit and process employee expense reports
• Assist with credit card processing and vendor communications
• Support A/R functions such as cash applications and collections assistance
• Contribute to general ledger support and other accounting projects as needed

• Prior Accounts Payable experience required
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic Excel and MS Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Professional communication and teamwork skills

• $22/hour
