Accounting Manager
Bristol, IN | On‑site
We are seeking a hands‑on Accounting Manager to oversee day‑to‑day accounting and administrative operations for a manufacturing site in Bristol, IN. This role supports AP, AR, payroll, basic GL, tax filings, banking activity, and local HR administration, while supervising a small administrative team.
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities- Oversee AP/AR, invoicing, billing issues, and monthly reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations
- Manage payroll processing, tax filings (941, 940, W‑2, 1099), and benefits support
- Handle banking activity including ACH, deposits, and wire transfers
- Support onboarding, compliance, and general HR administration
- Supervise AP, AR, payroll, and administrative staff
- Manufacturing or construction accounting experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on, plant‑based environment
