We’re seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team and provide exceptional service to our diverse client base, including individuals and small businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with clients
• Prepare individual and small business tax returns
• Assist clients with bookkeeping
• Maintain regular client communication to provide updates and gather necessary information
• Collaborate with senior accountants and partners to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Help identify opportunities to improve client financial processes and tax strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA candidate preferred)
• 0-3 years of experience in public accounting or related accounting role
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and accounting principles
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
• Motivation to learn and grow as a professional
