As a Tax Staff Associate, you will apply your school‑based knowledge to work directly with clients as a trusted tax expert and advisor. You will begin building relationships with clients, work on real client issues, and develop and use your accounting skills to help not-for-profits fulfill their missions or help companies in our primary areas of practice. You will be encouraged to think strategically and prioritize people, not just numbers.

• Pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation, JD or LLM Degree (undergraduate degree in Accounting preferred)
• An interest in all aspects of Tax and a desire to pursue a career in public accounting by meeting CPA minimum eligibility requirements
• Strong academic qualifications
• Relevant work experience such as internships, part-time and/or on-campus employment
• Strong skillset as it relates to leadership, customer service, verbal and written communication, organization
• Ability to interact with all levels inside and outside the organization, take initiative, anticipate problems and formulate resolutions, exercise good judgment/decision making, prioritize and multi-task, work independently
