Accounting Technician

The role of accounting technician at Oneka Technologies will definitely allow you to put these strengths to work in support of our mission! As an accounting technician, you will support the daily activities of the accounting department and play a significant role in the company’s grant activities.

• Carefully monitoring accounts payable, credit cards, and expense accounts;
• Entering data into Netsuite software;
• Performing account reconciliations and bank reconciliations;
• Actively participating in the month-end and year-end processes;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of new ERP system processes;
• Preparing the documentation required to obtain grants;
• Any other tasks that support accounting activities and help the team accomplish its mission!

• Degree: A college or professional degree in accounting or administration;
• Experience: Experience in the field of accounting, as an accounting technician, or any other similar position;
• Technical skills: Good knowledge of English (as we work in an international team);
  Excellent command of Excel software;
• Personal skills: Ability to use your resourcefulness and analytical skills to find solutions;
  Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills;
  The ability to work effectively with different teams and departments;
  A high level of commitment, curiosity, creativity, and rigor;
  The desire to have a real impact on the future of the planet;
• Assets: Fluency in Spanish;
