Java Fullstack Developer

Experience

5-7 years of overall experience with 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Primary Skills (Must-have):
Java 8+, Spring Boot, RESTful web services, React (Frontend development), AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, and SQS), DynamoDB

Secondary Skills (Good-to-have):
MySQL, Redis, NodeJS

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise in Java and frontend experience in React, who can build, scale, and support high-quality, customer-facing systems in a cloud-native environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer and production issues across frontend and backend systems.
• Proactively evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, and frontend applications using React.
• Develop and outline architecture and relationships between subsystems and actively participate in design reviews.
• Ensure new code, features, and software products meet defined performance goals and quality metrics.
• Maintain high availability and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer trust and system reliability.
• Work in an Agile environment, following Scrum methodologies.

• 5–7 years of strong programming experience in full stack development and cloud technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Good understanding of common and widely used design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful web services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins).
