What you bring- Fluent German & English (written + spoken)
- Strong interest or experience in AI / agentic systems
- Extreme work ethic and hunger to grow
- Hands‑on mindset: research, operations, product, experiments
- Work directly with the founder on high‑impact projects
- Drive execution across product, ops, research, and company‑building
- Solve unstructured problems and take ownership
