Architect, design, and oversee large-scale React applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across multi-module systems.
Key Responsibilities- Define frontend architecture standards, folder structure, and best practices.
- Lead UI performance optimization, lazy loading, and modularization strategies.
- Drive code reviews, design discussions, and component library design.
- Collaborate with backend and Dev Ops for API alignment and CI/CD automation.
- Manage migrations from legacy frameworks to React.
- Mentor React teams across multiple projects.
- Deep expertise in React 18/19, Type Script, Next.js, and Webpack/Vite.
- Strong understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and concurrency features.
- Experience in micro-frontend architecture.
- Knowledge of state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil).
- Excellent leadership and documentation skills.
