Manager- Revenue Operations
The Manager
- Revenue Operations, will lead data-driven transformation initiatives that optimize revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success functions. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, improving forecast accuracy, strengthening commercial alignment, and embedding analytics into go-to-market decision-making. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, manage complex multi-workstream engagements, and contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership and capability development.
- Revenue Operations Strategy & Transformation
- Develop and implement comprehensive Revenue Operations strategies aligned to client growth objectives and GTM priorities.
- Lead diagnostic assessments to evaluate current-state revenue workflows, identify bottlenecks, and define opportunities to improve conversion, coverage, and commercial productivity.
- Design and optimize lead-to-cash processes, including territory planning, lead qualification, opportunity management, account planning, and customer lifecycle workflows.
- Oversee integration and optimization of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, customer success tools, and revenue intelligence solutions.
- Establish scalable data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability of critical revenue data across systems.
- Build operating models that strengthen collaboration between marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and operations teams.
- Analytics & Performance Insights
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into pipeline performance, forecasting accuracy, funnel conversion rates, and revenue leakage across GTM functions.
- Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and analytics models that enable data-driven decision making for senior leadership.
- Use automation, advanced analytics, and revenue intelligence tools to enhance predictability and improve revenue performance.
- Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for executive audiences.
- Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across marketing, sales, finance, and operations.
- Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic alignment discussions to shape transformation roadmaps and operating models.
- Present insights, recommendations, and solution approaches to client leadership, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
- Lead, coach and mentor team of consultants by providing structured feedback and growth opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Support business development activities including proposal development, SOW creation, solution design, and participation in client pitches.
- Develop thought leadership, PoVs, and market insights on trends in Rev Ops, GTM effectiveness, pipeline analytics, and commercial transformation.
- Lead or contribute to capability-building initiatives across the practice, including training, knowledge sharing, and solution innovation.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen and expand service offerings.
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience with 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial analytics, or related consulting roles.
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Dynamics).
- Familiarity with Rev Ops tools (e.g., Clari, Lean Data, Outreach, Gong).
- Experience in workflow design, process optimization, and systems integration.
- Strong understanding of advanced forecasting models, pipeline analytics, attribution, and revenue metrics.
- Familiarity with integrating Rev Ops systems with marketing automation, CPQ, ERP, and customer success platforms.
- Experience building operating models, governance structures, and performance frameworks for GTM teams.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, consulting, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
