The Role
Serve as the technical bridge between healthcare providers and complex data. You will translate clinical hypotheses into precise queries using medical ontologies (ICD-10, SNOMED, LOINC) and deliver custom analytics to life science stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Query Design:
Map inbound clinical questions to structured data criteria using medical coding standards and free-text analysis. - Data Execution:
Run custom analytics using SQL, Python, or R within a proprietary tech stack. - Stakeholder Delivery:
Present technical findings to physicians and researchers, clarifying methodology and data limitations. - Research:
Co-author peer-reviewed articles and present real‑world evidence (RWE) at conferences.
- Education:
Quantitative degree (Stats, CS, Informatics, Physics, or Engineering). - Technical:
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. - Domain:
Deep knowledge of clinical terminologies (ICD, CPT, LOINC, SNOMED). - Experience:
Prior analyst experience in a health system, life sciences, or consulting. - Logistics:
Ability to work US Business Hours (Night shift IST).
