Founding Engineer​/Full-Stack Builder

Interview Strategist™ is a web-based SaaS platform integrating LLM / ChatGPT-type models into structured, decision-driven user journeys.

• A modern full-stack web application
• Structured AI workflows (not just chat)
• A clean, scalable, and well-documented architecture
• A system that can be maintained or extended by others if needed

• Frontend:
  React / Next.js (or equivalent modern framework)
• Backend:
  Node.js or Python (FastAPI welcome)
• Integration of OpenAI / LLM APIs into production workflows
• User authentication, core flows, dashboards
• Cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Vercel or similar)
• Version control, documentation, and basic Dev Ops hygiene

You don’t need to be an AI researcher—but you should be comfortable turning LLMs into real product logic, not just demos.

This role is well suited if you:

• Have already built and shipped web products
• Are comfortable owning a system end-to-end
• Understand (or are eager to master):
  • API-driven architectures
  • Prompt-based workflows
  • Cost / performance trade-offs with LLMs
• Enjoy autonomy, speed, and responsibility

• Strong junior to mid-level full-stack engineers
• Engineers between roles
• Freelancers looking for ownership rather than billing hours

📍 Switzerland preferred, remote possible (Let’s meet in person from time to time).

• MVP build: ~200–300 hours
• Sellable v1: ~350–500 hours total
• Target timeline: max 6 months
• Milestone-based delivery (short cycles, not waterfall)

• Participation in annual EBITDA (calculated on full-year results)
• Participation in a future exit (if the platform is sold)
• Full technical ownership of the build

I will lead:

• Product vision & roadmap
• Positioning & messaging
• Marketing, growth, and sales
• Hosting and infrastructure costs

You lead the technical execution.

• A short intro
• What you’ve built before (Git Hub, projects, products)
• Your availability and motivation

This is for someone who wants to build something real, learn fast, and share the upside.

Managers and high performing individual contributors who wants to become managers already can use ChatGPT, Linked In, ATS tools, and interview guides to help them over their application but:

• They lack structure
• They lack stakeholder-specific positioning
• They lack a longitudinal memory of their hiring journey
• They do not think in personas, signals, and evaluation criteria
• They lack cross matching against actual job offers specification requirements
