As Principal Consultant – Project Management (IC3) within Oracle’s Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring the successful, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery of high‑quality, integrated software solutions that meet client expectations and business objectives. Serving as a key liaison between Oracle Consulting, client leadership, internal solution teams, and third‑party vendors, you need to drive strategic engagements, oversee complex projects and programs, and ensure outcomes are delivered within scope while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Experienced in managing large‑scale and complex Oracle Cloud implementation and transformation projects from initiation to completion. Create and lead comprehensive project plans covering budget, structure, scheduling, staffing models, and resourcing (PSRs), while ensuring alignment with Oracle’s compliance, security, and privacy standards. Monitor KPIs, financials, cost variance, and delivery milestones through tools like MSR, BIMS, and time tracking, providing regular progress reports to leadership.

Skilled in risk management, issue resolution, change control, and environment/ADO activity mapping. Adept at collaborating with cross‑functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and driving successful outcomes through structured project governance and consistent stakeholder engagement.
