Techno-Functional Oracle EBS Consultant

Overview

This role is for a Techno‑Functional Oracle EBS Consultant, offering a contract of "length" at a pay rate of "rate". The position requires 10–14+ years in Oracle EBS R12, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, and expertise in reporting tools and data warehousing.

Location:

United States, Indiana.

• Lead the end‑to‑end reporting and analytics stream for Oracle EBS.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers/analysts, review deliverables, and ensure quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer account—drive communication, planning, delivery, and status reporting.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting and functional requirements.
• Build complex PL/SQL programs, custom views, materialized views, and integrations.
• Design scalable data warehouse structures (facts, dimensions, star schemas) and ensure accurate ETL data flows.
• Develop dashboards and analytics using OAC, Power BI, Tableau, or Incorta.
• Own solution design, technical architecture, and performance tuning for reporting and DW components.

• 10–14+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Deep understanding of the EBS data model with strong SQL/PLSQL expertise.
• Strong experience with reporting tools: BI Publisher, OAC, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Hands‑on experience with data warehouse and ETL concepts.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading customer accounts.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with ETL tools such as ODI, Informatica, or Data Stage.
• Exposure to OIC/SOA/API‑based integrations.
• Prior experience as an onsite/offshore coordinator or delivery lead.
• Incorta experience (data modeling, dashboards, loaders).
