Senior Power BI Analyst – Clinical Manufacturing; GMP | Microsoft Fabric

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Analyst with strong functional and technical experience in Life Sciences Clinical Manufacturing and GMP environments
. This role requires hands-on expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and clinical manufacturing data sources
, supporting operational and batch review reporting. Candidates must have prior exposure to MES, LIMS, PI Historian, and real-time manufacturing data within a regulated GMP setting.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support Foundry operational and clinical manufacturing reporting needs.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Fabric (LMF) work spaces with appropriate security controls for regulated Red CCI data.
• Set up and manage One Lake shortcuts to AWS S3 buckets across Bronze, Silver, and Gold data zones.
• Design and build semantic models (datasets) using Direct Lake mode for optimal performance and scalability.
• Develop Batch Review Dashboards by integrating data from MES, LIMS, and real-time manufacturing systems

• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) aligned with GMP and Red CCI access requirements.
• Establish and enforce Power BI report development standards, templates, and best practices
  .
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and usability.

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop
  , DAX
  , Power Query (M language),
  SQL
  , and data modeling
  .
• Proven experience in Semantic Model (Dataset) design and Row-Level Security (RLS) implementation.
• Experience administering Power BI / Fabric environments (workspace security, access controls, governance).
• MUST HAVE: Prior experience in Life Sciences Clinical Manufacturing Systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Hands-on exposure to clinical manufacturing data sources such as:
• MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
• Experience working with regulated data environments and compliance requirements.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric

• Experience integrating cloud storage platforms such as AWS S3 with analytics platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional manufacturing and quality teams.
