We support some of the world's major organizations in successfully integrating their websites on our platform. As an integrated team, we deliver services to architect optimum solutions for customer's unique requirements.

Partner with our enterprise customers

Work with Akamai's customers to design and implement solutions maximizing ROI, reducing risk and optimizing business initiatives. You will collaborate to solve complex infrastructure and application performance challenges aligned with our customers' business strategy.

• Owning the design, test, and go-live technical aspects to ensure delivery of web, media and security solutions

• Being a proactive technical consultant for our customers delivering value with every engagement

• Acting as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic customers

• Delivering coaching and training to customers to ensure value and usability from our products

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during customer implementations

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 4 years of relevant experience

• Have hands‑on experience with web applications or an understanding of TCP/IP networks

• Be proficient in one or more web development languages, methodologies or architectures

• Have experience working with difficult customers

• Demonstrate experience in a technical customer‑facing role and a desire to deliver consulting services

• Display communication and presentation skills that allow you to articulate highly technical information in a concise manner
