We need a network engineer who can hit the ground running. You'll remotely manage network infrastructure for multiple MSP clients - this isn't helpdesk work; you'll own solutions and solve problems.

• Configure and troubleshoot managed switches (VLANs, routing, STP, LACP)
• Deploy and manage firewalls (ideally Fortinet), VPNs, and security policies
• Diagnose connectivity issues across multi-site networks
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
• Perform Windows Server migrations (2016/2019/2022) and provisioning
• Execute M365 migrations (tenant-to-tenant, hybrid Exchange)
• Configure wireless networks (controller-based and cloud-managed)
• Use backup solutions (Datto, Veeam) for DR scenarios
• Work with Hyper-V or VMware in production

• Physically terminated cables, configured switches in production (not just labs)
• Deployed enterprise firewalls and site-to-site/client VPNs
• Managed Windows Server and Active Directory environments
• M365 administration:
  Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, security configurations
• Completed at least one migration (on-prem to cloud, P2V, or tenant-to-tenant)
• Troubleshoot independently - you know when to escalate vs. when to dig deeper
