About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyt
ical AI Tr
ainer to support the development, training, and improvement of artificial intelligence models. The role involves creating, reviewing, and evaluating data such as text, questions & answers, prompts, and model outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality aligned with project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, curate, and annotate high-quality training data for AI/LLM models
• Develop and validate questions, answers, prompts, and explanations based on defined guidelines
• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logic, relevance, and compliance
• Identify errors, biases, or inconsistencies in model responses and provide corrective feedback
• Follow project-specific quality standards, formatting rules, and timelines
• Perform quality checks and revisions based on QA/client feedback
• Maintain confidentiality and data security throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with QA teams, reviewers, and project managers as required

Qualifications:

• Undergraduates or High school passed.
• Strong written communication skills in English Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and structured formats Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or large language models.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience in data annotation, content creation, QA, or training roles
• Familiarity with AI tools, annotation platforms, or content management systems
• Subject-matter expertise in one or more domains (e.g., Math, Science, Coding, Language, Finance, etc.)
