Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Success Factors Analyst/Developer to support and enhance our global HR technology landscape. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in SAP Success Factors, a passion for process optimization, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

You will play a key role in maintaining, configuring, and developing Success Factors modules to ensure seamless HR operations and an excellent employee experience.

What will you be doing?

As a Success Factors Analyst/Developer, you will:

  • Configure and maintain Success Factors modules
    :
    Support Employee Central and other modules (e.g., Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning) to meet business needs.
  • Develop system enhancements
    :
    Design and implement custom solutions, workflows, and integrations with other HR and enterprise systems.
  • Analyze and translate requirements
    :
    Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Manage system updates and releases
    :
    Test and deploy quarterly Success Factors updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide technical support
    :
    Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and ensure system stability and performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance
    :
    Maintain accurate employee data and adhere to data privacy and security standards.
  • Document processes and solutions
    :
    Create clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides.
  • Collaborate globally
    :
    Partner with IT, HR, and external vendors to deliver projects and continuous improvements.
