Position: Client Relationship Manager (Wealth Management)

We are looking for a senior Client Relationship Manager with a strong footprint in Switzerland and a proven ability to manage and transfer an existing book of clients. This role is for a commercially driven, trust‑based advisor who understands the expectations of high-net-worth clients and operates with full regulatory awareness. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring tailored wealth solutions while contributing to the long‑term growth of the platform.

This is not a pure servicing role – you are expected to actively develop and expand your client base while maintaining impeccable compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of private clients
  • Transfer and integrate your book of business into the platform
  • Act as trusted advisor for wealth structuring and long‑term asset growth
  • Conduct client meetings and maintain ongoing relationship follow‑up
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand your network in Switzerland
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver holistic wealth solutions
  • Ensure full compliance with FINMA regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor market developments and provide strategic insights to clients
  • Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and KYC processes
  • Protect and enhance the firm’s reputation through high‑quality client service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in client relationship management within wealth management, private banking, or asset management
  • Ownership of a transferable book of clients
  • Strong understanding of Swiss regulatory environment (FINMA framework)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with business development capabilities
  • Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English;
    German and/or other languages are a strong asset
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
