Individuelle Betreuung alter Menschen - eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe und Herausforderung
Das traditionelle, im Dorf verankerte Alters- und Pflegeheim Trüeterhof in Thal ist eine öffentlich-rechtliche Institution und liegt am südlichen Fuss des Buechbergs, mitten im Grünen, zwischen Reben und Landwirtschaft. Es bietet 31 Bewohnenden ein Zuhause und ist Ausbildungsort von durchschnittlich drei Lernenden FaGe / AGS.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Betreuungs- und Pflegeteams suchen wir eine/n:
Ihre Aufgaben- Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess im Tagesdienst
- fachgerechte Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
- Kenntnisse im RAI-Einstufungssystem von Vorteil
- Freude am Umgang mit den Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern
- hohe Einsatzbereitschaft mit selbständiger und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise
- fröhliche, empathische und offene Persönlichkeit
