We develop and produce innovative high-tech components and systems based on X-ray and radio-frequency technology. Our developments make an important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility and communication.

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the teams Equipment Engineering, Technical Process Engineering, and Industrialization
• Take responsibility for the design, evaluation, procurement, and commissioning of equipment and production assets
• Drive the Industrialization of standard products, including the development of lean manufacturing concepts, the creation of production documentation, and the maintenance of MES master data
• Develop, document, maintain, and validate technical manufacturing processes
• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes regarding material flow, handling, documentation and shopfloor layout in close collaboration with Production

• Completed technical education with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken are mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, project management, and digital skills (MES, PLM, Confluence, Jira)
• Ideally good technical expertise in vacuum, high-voltage or materials technology, as well as automation and design
