Service Technician; International

High-Level International Travel - Remote role with on-site needs once or twice a month.

• Carry out global service assignments including maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and machine commissioning
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical faults on customer equipment
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to customers and operators
• Deliver professional and reliable technical support on-site
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication and expertise

• Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent basic training in a field such as automation, mechanics, automotive diagnostics, heavy machinery, agricultural/construction equipment
• Solid technical aptitude covering mechanical systems, electrical engineering, NC/PC controls, and general IT
• Additional qualification as a mechanical engineering technician is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• An independent, dependable, and structured working style
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• High level of resilience, flexibility, and willingness to adapt
• Proficiency in English is essential, Fluent German a big plus (any other languages an asset)
