- Experience on Windchill PLM. Experience or Team center PLM
- Lead the development of end-to-end implementation of PLM projects.
- Should have experience in ESI integration with Windchill solutions to guide the Team.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a strong technical background, including application planning and architecture.
- Be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Work with both internal and external teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
- Manage team members, plan resources, and hire and develop talent. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Align technology to support business objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical/ Production Engineering) preferred and/or 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in digital environments.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities and projects across varying brands or business units.
- Experience on Windchill or Teamcenter PLM with CAD knowledge
- Experience in ESI Integration and ERP Systems.
- Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are essential.
- Ability to influence and coordinate cross-organization teams to implement important technical priorities.
