Voraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene juristische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Sozialversicherungsbereich. Ein Rechtsanwaltspatent ist vorteilhaft, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Der ideale Kandidat sollte selbstständig arbeiten, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit mitbringen sowie über gute IT-Kenntnisse verfügen.
