V Area Lead – Greenfield Pharma Program (Hybrid Contract)

We’re supporting a confidential large‑scale greenfield GMP manufacturing program
, and we’re seeking an experienced Automation Delta

V Area Lead to take technical ownership of the Delta

V control system for a designated process area.

This is a key role within the Automation Program team, ensuring alignment with site standards, GMP expectations, and project delivery milestones.

• Serve as the technical owner for the Delta
  
  V control system within your assigned area
• Define and implement S88 batch structures
  , including phases and recipes
• Develop and review Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and control strategies
• Collaborate with System Integrators to finalize detailed design, coding, and testing
• Participate in P& automation design reviews
• Support issue resolution, risk identification, and mitigation activities
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical topics to the Automation Technical Lead
• Maintain alignment with GMP
  , CSV
  , and site validation requirements

• 8+ years pharmaceutical automation experience (API/bulk preferred)
• 5+ years hands‑on Delta
  
  V Batch DCS experience
• Experience supporting large capital projects/programs
• Strong understanding of GMP
  , CSV
  , and regulatory expectations
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
