Auto CAD & Estimator

• Technical Drafting:
  Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D architectural, structural, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD and occasionally Revit. Ensure precision and adherence to project specifications.
• Quantity Take-offs:
  Conduct comprehensive quantity take-offs and measurements directly from drawings to accurately determine material requirements for various projects.
• Cost Estimation:
  Prepare precise cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender submissions for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Vendor Coordination:
  Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure they meet project specifications and budgetary requirements, facilitating effective vendor management.
