• Provide technical support to plant on routine day to day activities.

• Leads execution of improvement objective with respect to unit operation and process.

• Performing capacity analysis and leading productivity enhancement project at plant.

Understanding processes in laboratory in chemical perspective.

• i.e. scalability and output in manufacturing scale in terms of first time right validation.

• Preparation of document upon experiments.

• Support the selection and design of proper plant infrastructure and technologies to get laboratory target cost, quality with full accountability of execution of initial scale up batches to targets result.

• Identifying new technologies and conducting feasibility studies for new technologies in alignment with process requirement and scalable process.

• Implementation of sops.

• Execution of experiment trail.

• Monitoring of process parameter during demonstration of batches in PD Lab as well as in plant.

• HAZOP and HAZAN studies.

• Development report preparation.

• Assess and manage process risk arising from scale or process change

• Study the process and recycling of solvent & improvement in solvent recovery

• Support problem solving during when manufacturing issues arises
