Job Description Designs and tests electrical systems for Braun Ability products.## Essential Functions
* Develop wiring diagrams and schematics.
* Support prototype builds and testing.
* Collaborate with mechanical engineers on integration.
* Troubleshoot electrical issues in production.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Assist in component selection and sourcing.
* Document electrical designs and revisions.
* Perform root cause analysis for electrical failures.
* Support field service with technical expertise.
* Participate in design reviews and validation testing.## Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Knowledge of electrical systems and components.
* Proficiency in CAD tools for electrical design.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Attention to detail and safety compliance.##

Minimum Requirements & Role Expectations

* Education:

May require a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
* Alternate Path:
An equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience equal to 6 years will also be considered.
* Leadership:
Minimum of 1–2 years of leadership experience.
* Implements strategies and initiatives with a focus on departmental results.
* Manages daily operations including planning the use of materials and resources.
* Recommends policies, methods, or processes.
* Serves as expert advisor to peers and other team members.
