Was für uns zählt
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation, z.B. Techniker:in
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern ist wünschenswert aber keine Bedingung. Wir arbeiten Sie in Ihr neues Aufgaben gebiet ein.
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Baubetrieb, Bauvertragsrecht, Bauablaufplanung und Kalkulation.
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, RIB iTwo und Terminplansoftware.
- Teamfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick runden Ihr Profil ab.
