We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a proven track record delivering a range of ground-up commercial construction projects, including wood frame, metal stud, structural steel, and other building types. Typical project values range from $20M to $50M+.
The ideal candidate will be confident leading all on-site operations, including scheduling, coordinating trade partners, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risk, upholding the highest safety standards, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Strong experience managing milestones, driving schedules, and delivering projects on time is essential.

PositionResponsibilities
- Lead and deliver profitable projects ranging from $5M to $50M+
- Conduct weekly safety inspections and lead safety meetings
- Review and interpret project documents including drawings, specifications, addendums, change orders, and clarifications
- Ensure full compliance with company safety programs and OSHA standards
- Develop and manage subcontractor schedules and manpower plans
- Coordinate and order required materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain clear communication between subcontractors, owners, architects, and project managers
- Maintain accurate and organised on‑site documentation
- Lead pre‑construction meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to verify layouts and dimensions, reporting discrepancies to the project manager
- High School diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of field experience as a Superintendent or General Foreman strongly preferred
- Proficient with construction technology platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Ability to solve problems independently with limited direction
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders without assistance
- Ability to walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds without assistance
