• Impact on People – Develop, coach, evaluate, and retain management and associate talent; recruit, select, and manage diverse associates; invest in continuous training; inspire and motivate a team; create teamwork and collaboration among associates.
• Impact on Business – Drive total store sales and profit; build a guest‑centric culture using guest survey tools; champion credit and loyalty programs; guide operational accuracy, processes, and workload efficiency; execute merchandising direction, standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and signage; perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• 2–3 years minimum management experience preferred.
• Talented coach, trainer, and engaging associate handler.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Team‑building abilities.
• Ability to use Zebra PDA, POS systems, Microsoft Office, payroll/scheduling software.
• Work varying hours including mid‑shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodations.
• Must lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds.
• Must perform full body rotation and mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, reaching).
• Must possess reliable transportation.
