Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock control, documentation, and order processing. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and support timely dispatches to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and organize shipment labels and invoices according to packing schedules and batch requirements from marketplaces.
Create and manage documentation for purchase order (PO)-based orders.
Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment orders when required, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Enter and update stock data in computer systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
Organize and store returned goods in their designated locations.
Maintain quality standards across all warehouse processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in coordinating warehouse activities to meet dispatch deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related functions.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
