Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Warehouse Helper for our operations in Ernakulam. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is ideal for a motivated individual ready to contribute to our warehouse operations efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills
Fluency in English (Mandatory skill) to ensure effective communication and understanding of instructions.
Basic Safety Training to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.
Competence in Pallet Jack Usage for efficient handling and movement of goods within the warehouse.
Strong Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively within the warehouse operations.
Experience in Order Picking for accurately fulfilling orders and managing inventory in a timely manner.
Ability to work in a team environment for seamless coordination and collaboration with warehouse staff.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks and ensure smooth execution of warehouse activities.
Attention to Detail for maintaining accuracy in inventory management and packaging of goods.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse environment to promote a safe and efficient workplace.
Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management for timely resolution.
Ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed to maintain compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with team members to facilitate the smooth execution of daily warehouse operations.
Support in packaging and labelling of goods to ensure proper identification and tracking within the warehouse.
Utilize warehouse equipment effectively, including pallet jacks, to manage goods movement efficiently.
Provide assistance in managing deliveries and shipments to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
