Role Overview

We are hiring Quality Check Executives for our retail warehouse to ensure accurate inspection, tagging, and barcode handling of inventory before dispatch and storage. The role focuses on maintaining product quality, correct labeling, and error-free stock processing to support smooth warehouse operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock to ensure products meet company standards.

Use barcode machines for scanning, verifying, and updating product information in the system.

Ensure accurate tagging and labeling of products as per defined guidelines.

Identify and report damaged, defective, or mismatched items to the supervisor.

Maintain proper records of checked and approved stock.

Assist in organizing and segregating stock based on quality status.

Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for smooth workflow.

Follow SOPs related to quality control, safety, and inventory handling.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of barcode scanners and tagging processes.

Understanding of retail warehouse operations and product handling.

Attention to detail and accuracy in inspection work.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Experience

1 – 3 years of experience in quality check or warehouse operations preferred.

Preferred Profile

Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or logistics warehouse environment.

Ability to work in shifts if required.
