The Warehouse Pick and Packer is responsible for accurately picking and packing products for shipment, ensuring efficient and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking:
Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to orders
Ensure products are undamaged and match order requirements
Packing:
Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment
Ensure packages are properly labeled and documentation is complete
Loading and Unloading:
Safely load and unload goods from trucks, containers, or other vehicles
Ensure goods are handled carefully to prevent damage

Measurable Goals

Order Accuracy:
Achieve an order accuracy rate of 99.5% or higher
Productivity:
Meet or exceed daily productivity targets for picking and packing orders
Damage Reduction:
Maintain a damage rate of less than 1% for products during picking and packing
Timeliness:
Ensure orders are picked and packed within designated time frames
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse
