Head of Operations – Mobility (COO Track)

We are a student transportation company focused on one core outcome:
Every student reaches school on time. Every single day.

We've raised ₹1.5 Cr in pre-seed funding and are preparing for our seed round. As we scale 10X this year, we're hiring a  Head of Operations  to build and run our entire operations engine.

This is a high-ownership role with a clear path to becoming COO (performance-based, 6–9 months).

What You'll Own  End-to-end city operations
Route planning and optimisation
Fleet deployment and utilisation
Driver management and performance
Field escalation handling
Command centre/control room operations
On-Time Arrival (OTA%) – target: 100%
If trips fail, operations owns it.

What We're Looking For  5–15 years of experience in operations
Background in mobility, logistics, transportation, fleet, hyperlocal, or similar
Experience managing large field teams
Strong execution focus (not just strategy)
Comfortable working early mornings and being on the ground
Experience scaling operations in a growing company
Immediate joiners preferred.

Clear SOPs across field and office operations
Real-time tracking & reporting dashboards
Reduced escalations and improved parent/student experience
City ops model ready to scale 10X
