Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Assistant Operations Manager. The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth execution of processes, and manage teams to meet operational goals efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics and transportation, monitoring service and fleet efficiency, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and identifying operational inefficiencies for improvement. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and achieve company objectives.

To manage daily dispatch, yard operations, and fleet coordination while ensuring operational discipline.

- Daily dispatch planning & tracking
- Yard vehicle alignment & monitoring
- Driver & vendor coordination
- SOP compliance & reporting
- Damage reporting & escalation handling

Qualifications
Operations Management and Logistics expertise, including knowledge of fleet management and inventory control practices
Strong Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Decision-Making skills
Leadership and Team Management abilities to effectively guide and inspire personnel
Capability with Data Analysis, Process Optimization, and Operational Monitoring
Familiarity with Compliance Regulations and Safety Standards in transportation and logistics
Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills for collaboration and reporting
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields; a Master's degree is preferred
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is highly desirable
