Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Freight Broker at DDR LOGISTIC LLC. The primary responsibilities include managing freight brokerage operations, building and maintaining relationships with clients and carriers, coordinating freight dispatching, negotiating rates, and providing exceptional customer service. The Freight Broker will also oversee account management to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage processes
Strong Customer Service skills for effectively managing client relationships

Experience with Dispatching and coordinating logistics efficiently
Ability to manage client accounts with a focus on Account Management
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a remote environment
Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred
