Job Description:

End-to-end freight forwarding operations, including customs processing for export and import
Freight audit, payments, and forwarding documentation
Hands-on experience in logistics, forwarding, and internal shipment coordination
Order processing management
Customer order plausibility analysis
Planning, booking, and transportation orders
Coordination and follow-up of shipments
Customs processing for export and import
Documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing
Customer communication and reporting through mail, phone, and EDI
Operational troubleshooting
Non-conformance reporting as per KPIs
Coordination with approved subcontractors as per agreed rates
End-to-end order processing
Timely and accurate order handling and documentation

Required Skill Sets:
Experience in Freight Forwarding – Import and Export
Excellent MS Excel skills
Hands-on experience in Transport Management Systems and ERP software

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics operations
MBA preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics from a recognized institution
Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office and transport management applications
