The Company
Our company is a top Indian MNC in the field of Agri Seeds, having a gross turnover of Rs.1500 Crore and more, headquartered in Hyderabad.

Role Overview
The Logistics Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth, cost‑effective, and timely movement of materials across the company's distribution network. The role involves managing C&F agents, optimizing logistics operations, coordinating secondary transportation, and ensuring inventory availability to support business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Distribution Management
Ensure effective and timely delivery of materials to customers/parties through a network of C&F (Carrying & Forwarding) agents.
Monitor delivery performance and resolve bottlenecks to maintain service levels.
2. C&F Network Optimization
Evaluate, optimize, and model C&F operations across the country to ensure cost‑effective and efficient service.
Identify opportunities to consolidate, renegotiate, or redesign the C&F network for better performance and lower logistics cost.
3. Inventory & Stock Replenishment
Plan and manage replenishment cycles to ensure availability of stock at all C&F locations.
Coordinate with supply planning, procurement, and manufacturing teams for timely stock movements.
4. Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records across C&F locations.
Track slow‑moving, fast‑moving, and non‑moving inventory; highlight risks and recommend corrective actions.
Support periodic physical stock audits and reconciliation.
5. Secondary Transportation Management
Manage and coordinate secondary transport operations from C&F to distributors, dealers, or customers.
Ensure timely dispatches, cost optimization, and compliance with company policies.
6. Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Procurement, Warehousing, Finance, Dispatch, and Supply Chain Planning.
Coordinate with external stakeholders such as transporters, C&F partners, and logistics service providers.
Ensure smooth communication flow and timely issue resolution.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, and supply chain operations.
Knowledge of C&F management and secondary transport systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP tools, and reporting dashboards.
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations.
Prior experience in seed, crop protection, fertilizers, or broader agri‑input sector preferred.
