Supervisor - Stores & Dispatch:

A Stores and Dispatch Supervisor oversees daily warehouse inventory management,
ensures accurate material handling, and manages the timely, efficient dispatch of finished
goods to customers. Key duties include leading staff, managing stock records (often in SAP),
coordinating transport, and adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Dispatch Management:  Coordinate daily loading/unloading, optimize logistics,
schedule deliveries, and create documentation such as E-way bills, invoices, and
delivery challans.

● Stores/Inventory Control:  Manage warehouse stock levels, maintain accurate
inventory records, and ensure proper storage of materials.

● Team Leadership:  Supervise, train, and mentor staff, manage shift scheduling, and
ensure a culture of efficiency and safety.

● Logistics & Compliance:  Monitor transport costs, ensure compliance with legal
regulations, and maintain accurate records of dispatched materials.

● Coordination & Communication:  Liaise between production, sales, and customers to
ensure on-time delivery and resolve logistics issues.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Supervisor, Dispatcher, or in a similar logistical role.

● Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Zoho Inventory or any inventory
management software.

● Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

● Good communication skills to liaise with logistics partners and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols.

● Ability to work flexible hours/shifts.
