Customer service skills for interacting politely with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with delivery services.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge for minor repairs and regular upkeep to ensure vehicle reliability and operational efficiency.
Comfortable with smartphone use for receiving and updating order information and communication purposes.
Ability to optimize routes to minimize travel time and enhance delivery efficiency while maintaining a high level of service.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges or delivery obstacles effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
