Role Description

This is a virtual and full-time, on-site role for a Broker, located in Mohali district. The Broker will be responsible for managing and coordinating logistics operations, including the negotiation of rates with clients and carriers, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining client relations, and providing regular updates on freight status. The role entails working closely with the logistics team to ensure cost-effective and efficient logistic solutions for a variety of clients.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in logistic management and supply chain solutions
Ability to maintain accurate and timely freight status updates
Experience working with diverse client needs and ensuring client satisfaction
Relevant experience in logistics or a related field is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field is a plus
