Description   We are seeking a Logistics In-Charge to oversee and manage our logistics operations in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials, coordinating with various stakeholders, and optimizing our logistics processes.

Responsibilities    Manage the logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and standards.
Negotiate contracts with carriers and logistics service providers.
Oversee the management of logistics budgets and resource allocation.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Strong understanding of logistics software and systems (e.g., TMS, WMS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
