Despatch Executive

Location: Karād

· Manage the day-to-day activities of the dispatch department.

· Assign delivery routes and schedules to drivers.

· Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to optimize delivery processes

· Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documents.

· Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.

· Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.

· Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
