Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Air Freight / CHA Operations Executive to manage air export operations, coordinate with airlines, CHA, and IATA agents, and ensure smooth shipment handling.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Custom House Agents (CHA) for export documentation and customs clearance
Handle airline coordination for flight booking and courier movement
Manage flight bookings and space allocation with airlines
Follow up with CHA for timely clearance and flight status
Ensure compliance with IATA and customs regulations
Prepare and verify shipping documents such as AWB, invoices, and packing lists
Track flight and update internal teams on fligfht  status
Resolve operational issues related to air freight and customs
Maintain accurate records and operational reports

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience working under CHA

* Hands-on experience in air export operations

* Knowledge of CHA procedures, IATA rules, and airline coordination

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation

* Experience in freight forwarding or logistics company

* Familiar with airline portals and cargo booking systems
