Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator located in the Mohali district. The Logistics Coordinator will oversee the coordination of logistics operations, including carrier sales, dispatch, and track and trace activities. Daily responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring efficient supply chain management, and offering exceptional customer service. The role involves monitoring delivery schedules, maintaining records, and collaborating with clients and vendors to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to assess logistics processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure streamlined logistics operations
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively within a team
Prior experience in logistics is manadatory
Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
