Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing excellent customer service always

Handle check-in and boarding procedures, ensuring all necessary documents are in order

Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of luggage

Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information

Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings always

Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to maintain smooth operations

Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy luggage

Knowledge of basic computer skills

Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus Contract Details:
