Job Description
To support logistics and supply chain operations in a steel pipe manufacturing environment by assisting in material movement, dispatch planning, inventory control, and coordination with transporters, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and finished goods.

Principal Accountabilities
Assist in managing inbound and outbound logistics operations ensuring the efficient receipt of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods  Support the planning and execution of dispatch schedules for steel pipes aligning with production timelines and customer orders  Coordinate with transporters freight vendors and warehouse teams to facilitate the timely movement of goods and resolve any logistical challenges  Maintain and update essential logistics documentation including delivery challans invoices eway bills GRNs and transport records ensuring accuracy and compliance  Monitor inventory levels of raw materials workinprogress and finished goods promptly reporting any discrepancies to prevent operational disruptions  Assist in tracking vehicle movements delivery statuses and turnaround times to ensure efficient logistics operations  Support adherence to safety statutory and quality requirements related to logistics operations promoting a culture of compliance and safety  Contribute to the analysis of logistics costs delays and inefficiencies offering suggestions for process improvements and cost saving initiatives  Collaborate with production planning stores and sales teams to ensure seamless material flow and address any logistical issues  Prepare and present daily and weekly logistics reports for management review providing insights into operational performance and areas for improvement
